Family Worship – tip 6

Family Worship

TIP 6

Puzzle.

Family without children

Choose several images of Bible stories that can be taken from the jw.org website. Print them out and place them on a table face down. If you want, you can print more than one image on one sheet, just cut each one out. Then ask each family member to take one of the pictures on the table. Now each one will have to give tips to the other about the image they took. For example, you took an image from the story of Noah, so you will have to give hints like “he was the son of Enoch” to your family so that they try to get your image right and vice versa. After getting them all right, comment a little on the stories and what you can learn from them.

Choose several images of Bible stories that can be taken from the jw.org website. Print the images and place them on a table face down. Ask each family member to take one of the pictures on the table. Now, each one will talk about the story of the image that they took. Start with yourself. What is the story of your image? What are the characters on it? What does it teach? How to apply it in our day to day? What does it motivate you to do? Ask each family member to do the same.

Choose a photo from one of the Bible stories, which can be taken from the jw.org website. Print and crop the image into rectangles. If you want to make the activity a little more difficult, crop the image at random. You can use one or more images. Spread the pieces on a table and then try to assemble the image (puzzle) as a family. When finished, ask if they recognize the story of the image and talk a little about it.
