By registering a free or “Supporter” account through our platform (powered by Paid Memberships Pro), you agree to provide accurate registration data. You can register and log in instantly via your Google Account.
Free Account: Grants access to limited, non-exclusive trial content.
Supporter Account: Grants temporary access to premium content, full-screen gaming, historical archives, and specialized Monthly Printable Packs for the duration of an active paid subscription.
Billing: Supporter plans are billed annually at the stated rate (e.g., $59,88/year) via our secure payment gateway, Stripe (supporting credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay).
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate, digital nature of our downloadable content (Printables) and games, all sales are final. Refunds are evaluated at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
All resources, graphics, code, PDFs, and games on JWgames are protected by intellectual property laws.
Personal & Family Use Only: Subscriptions and downloaded files are for your immediate, private household use only.
Prohibited Actions: You may not resell, commercially exploit, redistribute our PDFs in public forums/social media groups, or host our content on external websites without written permission.
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that we securely store necessary registration data (such as Name, Email, and Avatar) to process your membership and payment through Stripe.
JWgames is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any technical failures, data loss, or server downtime.
