Use All Your Strength
We often need strength to be able to overcome everyday problems, this Illustration below shows how we can use all our available strength to succeed:
A boy was trying in vain to lift a bag that was too heavy for him. His father, there beside him, stretched out his arm and opening his hand, told him:
– Use all your strength you can, my son.
He tried once or twice more, without success. And his father spoke the same words and repeated the same gesture.
– I can’t do it, dad – the boy vent.
The bag was too heavy and he just couldn’t get up. The boy thought, “It’s impossible to lift this! Why is my father telling me to use all my strength? Doesn’t he realize I can’t?”

– Look at me son – said the man and, moving his fingers and looking at his hand, he repeated slowly: – Use…all…your…strength!
Only then did the boy realize what his father was talking about, he saw that his father was reaching out to grab one of the bag’s handles. He was not alone. His father was there beside him to give him strength.
Are you using all your strength?
Psalms 27:1 says:
“Jehovah is my light and my salvation. Whom should I fear? Jehovah is the stronghold of my life. Whom should I dread?”
We often want to overcome our problems alone, and we forget to use the strength that comes from God.
"God gives us strength, we must never forget that. Use the strength that comes from God to overcome your problems!"
The strength that comes from God is unlimited, so we can overcome any difficulties that arise.
