The Success Formula!
What is the formula for success? A man had been driving for hours and, tired of the road, was looking for a hotel or a motel to rest when he saw a luminous sign of a hotel.
Upon arriving at the reception, he noticed that the hotel lobby was lit with a soft, warm light. Behind the counter, a cheerful-faced girl greeted him kindly:
– Good night, sir, welcome to our hotel!
Three minutes after this greeting, the guest was already comfortably installed in his room and impressed with the procedures: everything was very fast and practical.
In the bedroom, an immaculately clean bed, a tidy fireplace, and a matchbox.
He began to be delighted with that place, but other surprises were still to come. He changed his clothes and went down to dinner (the receptionist had ordered at the time of registration). The meal was delicious, like everything he had experienced in that place so far. He signed the bill and returned to the bedroom.

Proverbs 22:29 says: "Have you seen a man skillful at his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before common men."
It was cold and he was looking forward to the fire in the fireplace, but someone had already anticipated him and a beautiful fire crackled on it. The bed was prepared, the pillows made, and a mint on each one.
What a nice night! The next morning, the guest awoke to a strange bubbling from the bathroom. He got out of bed to investigate and found a coffeemaker turned on by an automatic timer making coffee of his favorite brand (then he remembered that the waiter, after dinner, had asked if he liked any coffee in particular).
Then he hears a light tap on the door. Upon opening, there was a newspaper. “But how can you? It’s my favorite newspaper! How did they know?” Then he remembered that there were three newspapers at the reception and he picked up that one to read after dinner. And the receptionist saw it.
When he left, he was really charming, happy to be lucky to have stayed in such a welcoming place.
While driving, he wondered what was the secret, what was the formula for the success of that hotel. And, surprised, he listed simple, inexpensive things: a match, a handful of firewood, a peppermint, a cup of coffee, a newspaper, and a welcoming attitude.
Conclusion: We must dedicate ourselves to all the work that we are going to do. Thus, we will have recognition and we will be able to represent our God well to others.
