Emergency Backpack
We are going through a critical period today with the pandemic and we know that in the future things will get even worse – having an emergency backpack can help a lot. We need to be prepared for any situation. Both doctors, security experts and the media agree that prevention often saves us from a number of inconveniences in the face of an unexpected fact. We must keep in mind that our survival may depend on being prepared.
Thus, it is not about preparing a backpack with things like books, games, but with what we really need to ensure our survival.
So, we provide here a list with suggestions of what to put in your backpack. You can change the items according to your family’s needs, but you can take the list we made as a basis.
Our suggestion is to start assembling your backpack right now. Since there are several items and not everyone is able to buy them at once, the idea is to buy gradually – each month something different, until you complete all the items. So the sooner you start, the better.
Always remembering that it is recommended to make a list with the foods and their expiration dates for a control. Keep an eye on that if you are getting close to the expiration of any of them, you can change to a new one with a longer term. At these way you will keep your emergency backpack always up to date.
Also remember to add or change clothing according to the season. For example, leave a thicker, warmer coat if it is close to winter or a less heavy coat and a short sleeve shirt if it is close to summer.
